Golfers will play on some of the island’s most extraordinary golf courses

The Ile aux Cerfs Golf Club is an extraordinary 18-hole, par 72 championship course designed by the famed Bernhard Langer and is located on its very own tropical island—Ile aux Cerfs. It’s renowned for its technically challenging course and unbelievable natural surrounds. The Anahita Golf Course is equally stunning with its dramatic mountain and sea views. Tamarina Golf Club, designed by architect Rodney Wright is another stellar 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course celebrated for its fabulous facilities and its intricate course. Chef Jean-Pierre Vigato is renowned for his incredible cuisine and his esteemed Restaurant Apicius, which is part of the Relais & Châteaux group. This sensational restaurant is located in a private 19th-century mansion on the ground floor of what was previously the Hôtel de Talhouët-Roy in the heart of the romantic city of Paris. The experience at this restaurant is particularly special in summer when your meal can be enjoyed in the stunning garden of the property.
The acclaimed South African chef, Reuben Riffel, comes from the charming town of Franschhoek set in the gorgeous Western Cape, which is now also home to one of his three exemplary restaurants, the other two being in the sleepy seaside town of Paternoster in the Western Cape and at the One and Only hotel at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. Reuben Riffel describes his cuisine as “eclectic” and “unpretentious” and creates sumptuous simple dishes with the freshest ingredients that deliver on flavour. Not only does Reuben Riffel enjoy the exquisite art of cooking, but the joy of a phenomenal round of golf in sublime settings.
Fabio Haebel is an ambitious chef who is currently in the process of starting his second restaurant. He opened his first restaurant, Haebel, after having run the Tarterie St. Pauli for a solid six years, after which he transformed it to his current restaurant. His restaurant centres on a French Bistro type of cuisine created with a Nordic flair and dishes that are presented in style. He also dedicates a lot of his time to cooking videos and is in the process of writing his cookbook.
